SAM QUALIFIED FOR THE WESTMINSTER DOG SHOW

Allegiance Newfoundlands is lucky to have a junior handler that assists us at many shows.  She is 15 year old, Samantha Miceli.  Sam has been handling dogs since she was about 5 years old.  She is active in 4-H with dogs, horses, chickens and ducks.  Sam is a very accomplished junior handler.  She qualified for the Westminster Dog Show in 2007 and has now qualified for Westminster in 2008.  Sam has earned Best Junior In Show 6 times as of September 24, 2007.  Sam exhibits her dogs in AKC and UKC. 

Sam also shows in the breed ring with her Australian Shepherds and her Newfoundland.  Sam grooms and trains all her dogs she competes with.  She is very dedicated to the sport and it shows in the ring.  Sam and her mother Pat put many hours in to the success Sam has in the show ring, school and with her horses, chickens and ducks.

Sam just added a Newfoundland to her home in May 2007 and is already experiencing great success with Alex in the breed ring and hopefully soon she will begin showing her in the juniors ring.  She also added a Beagle to her home in September 2007 and we are sure Sam will be successful in finishing her Championship as well.

Sam we are very proud of you and wish you all the luck at.   Westminster 2008.  We here at Allegiance hope that Sam can groom our up and coming children to compete in the junior showmanship ring next year :).
