We purchased our first PWD in June of 2005. Amy has had an interest in
the breed since 2000 when she was introduced to a PWD named Slipper.
The PWD is still very new to us and we are learning more and more about the
breed all the time. We love our Sony and hope to add another in the
future. We are thankful to Peggy Helming and Milan Lint of Pouch Cove
Portuguese Water Dogs to have trusted us with this magnificent, sweet girl -
Sony.
Sony won Reserve Winners Bitch at the 2006 PWD Nationals shown under Laura
King. We are very
proud of our girl.
Sony is now learning agility and has run her first couple trials in December
2007. She has earned 1 leg towards her Novice Standard title. We
hope that our oldest son will continue running Sony in agility. Sony
is truly enjoying agility.
